Nordisk Element Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at matteo@nordiskelement.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at the above email if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale Items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your item is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging), along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
